One of Chicago’s most respectable fashion stores Shehzad had great customer service and was very helpful in assisting me with my purchases. Tops&Bottoms is one of the last retailer stores that cares about getting quality goods to their customers. Raffles are done the right way, and I’ve never seen a store call customers every now and then to check in and see if they need anything. Will continue to support and I’m all the way in Cali. These guys are straight up crooks These guys are straight up crooks. My son bought shoes from them and returned Still no refund. They are trying to take advantage of him because he"s a kid. BEWARE. Straight up CROOKS. Like other reviewers we sent in shoes and were told that funds would be processed that day. Have been told the same two other times. Today they pull the "it doesn't qualify for refund" after having the returned item for more 9 days. Like others we have called numerous times and got no answer. Full mailboxes and new excuses every time.

Great Value Love the concept of matching top and bottoms & the clothing styles/brands. However it’s annoying to inquire via text for some items as opposed to adding them to a cart. Small hassle but worth it to get what you want. Customer service team is top notch.
