Great Value Love the concept of matching top and bottoms & the clothing styles/brands. However it’s annoying to inquire via text for some items as opposed to adding them to a cart. Small hassle but worth it to get what you want. Customer service team is top notch.

First and foremost, to purchase shoes online from Top and Bottoms you either have to purchase through text, email, or call…I had sent chosen to text to purchase the shoes, but then decided to call in and I had the opportunity to speak with Williams! Williams was not only helpful but also provided great customer service! Williams also provided me with free shipping and no tax fee on my order. I can say that I was hesitant in placing the order bc I was not familiar with this store front, but after reading the reviews, doing my research, and speaking with Williams…I placed my order and was very happy! I am looking forward to my next order and thanks again Williams!!!
