GBI had placed an order but used the… I had placed an order but used the wrong billing address so the said order did not go through. I immediately emailed customer support and they were able to correct my mistake. Originally shipping was estimated 5 - 12 business days as I live in the USA and it was coming from London however, I was shocked when my package showed up in just 3 business days 👌🏼❤️🔥

ESDisappointed I can not coment on the products as I never received them. The custumer service is amazing. But doesn't change the fact that my PAID order was never even prepared or sent and they never realized there was a problem until i contacted them. By that time the items i purchased were out of stock so i couldn't even get them. I was really excited so i'm kindda disappointed. (they did offered to choose replacements from the site)

GBWRONG ITEM SENT & NO RESPONSE I ordered a necklace for a birthday gift from Divon on not on the high street. I received my item after 5 working days to open it to realise they have sent the complete wrong necklace (opposite to what I ordered) I then tried to contact them via their live chat. No answer. I then contacted them through email, again no answer. I have now been dealing through not on the high street directly to get this resolved with a full refund. Won’t order from them again.. due to their huge error and lack of response.

ESExcellent service, beautiful item. The order was dispatched very quickly but i had an issue with the Royal Mail, but even so Marios at Divon helped me chase it up and the order arrived on time. Even though the delay wasn’t their fault, they were apologetic and helpful.
