GBMy everything purse. This is now my everyday purse. I receive compliments from men and women all the time I tell then go get you one you want regret it. Now I'm not sure if I had to much in my purse. I never use the strap I always carry it by the handles and notice the thread from the strap was pulling apart. But I found a set of straps put it on and still rocking my baby everyday.

GBA Sistabag pleased customer Sistabag was a great purchase. I received my purse in a timely manner. My sistabag looked even more pretty in person than expected. My mom wanted to take it. I told her it has my name on it luckily so she can not have it. I have received lots of compliments. I now have to grab one for my mom.

GBPoor Quality Leather Purse Poor Quality Leather Purse, Even Worse Customer Service ZERO Stars: Had to give at least 1 star to get the review submitted, So, I purchased the purse for my wife (Christmas 2023 present). Less than 3 months later the handles start coming off the purse (frayed leather. Poor workmanship), Contacted customer service and was 'ghosted'. Several days later, checked online and found that my complaint was closed as 'resolved' even though they never got in touch with me or my wife. After another complaint filed, they ask for pictures of the defective purse (note: they claimed the delayed response was: First of all, we would like to say sorry for your waiting and inconvenience due to an overload of work). The pictures are provided, then they reply that because the claim is more then 90 days old they can only give me a 30% discount on my next purchase. Note: they can take forever to respond to legitimate complaints, but there was no mention or apology for the shoddy quality and workmanship that led to my complaint, only a denial of the claim based on what appears to be a non-existent company policy (not mentioned on website) that complaints must be made within 90 days (also note that my initial complaint was likely intentionally 'ghosted' so that it would run afoul of the '90 gotcha rule'). In any case, I will be spreading the word on social media regarding the poor-quality merchandise (sourced and shipped from China). You are better off buying something from Temu or Wish, at least they are transparent about the cheap quality of merchandise sold on their sites and have refund policies clearly stated on their web sites. Buyer (sucker) beware!!!! Also: if you're still willing to throw your hard earned money away on junk merchandise, at least don't upgrade to the 'high quality' leather purses, The quality you get will likely be exactly the same quality as the /cheaper' version of leather offered. The pictures you see here are the 'high quality' leather purse.
