GBPoor Quality Leather Purse Poor Quality Leather Purse, Even Worse Customer Service ZERO Stars: Had to give at least 1 star to get the review submitted, So, I purchased the purse for my wife (Christmas 2023 present). Less than 3 months later the handles start coming off the purse (frayed leather. Poor workmanship), Contacted customer service and was 'ghosted'. Several days later, checked online and found that my complaint was closed as 'resolved' even though they never got in touch with me or my wife. After another complaint filed, they ask for pictures of the defective purse (note: they claimed the delayed response was: First of all, we would like to say sorry for your waiting and inconvenience due to an overload of work). The pictures are provided, then they reply that because the claim is more then 90 days old they can only give me a 30% discount on my next purchase. Note: they can take forever to respond to legitimate complaints, but there was no mention or apology for the shoddy quality and workmanship that led to my complaint, only a denial of the claim based on what appears to be a non-existent company policy (not mentioned on website) that complaints must be made within 90 days (also note that my initial complaint was likely intentionally 'ghosted' so that it would run afoul of the '90 gotcha rule'). In any case, I will be spreading the word on social media regarding the poor-quality merchandise (sourced and shipped from China). You are better off buying something from Temu or Wish, at least they are transparent about the cheap quality of merchandise sold on their sites and have refund policies clearly stated on their web sites. Buyer (sucker) beware!!!! Also: if you're still willing to throw your hard earned money away on junk merchandise, at least don't upgrade to the 'high quality' leather purses, The quality you get will likely be exactly the same quality as the /cheaper' version of leather offered. The pictures you see here are the 'high quality' leather purse.

GBI don’t think I will be ordering from… I don’t think I will be ordering from you anymore I bout the wrong size purse and can’t exchange it now I’m just stuck with a purse that I can’t do anything with never shopped on a website that don’t do refunds or exchanges

GBI ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEE My Sistabag I ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEE my Sistabags and have gotten complements from not only other Black women but also from women of other ethnicities. I love EVERYTHING about the bags I received EXCEPT for one small but, significant thing. I placed an order for 6 Medium sized bags. In my opinion, the size is not a true medium sized bag. It's definitely on the small side. Even my husband said it was small. If they weren't personalize, I probably would have sent them back. I will be ordering a large size moving forward and I'm guessing it will look like the medium size I was expecting to see in the bags I've already bought. Either the sizes need to be adjusted or the price needs to come down by $10.00 for the sizes the Sistabag company is currently selling. That was the reason for the 4 star rating instead of the 5 star rating. Aside from that, now that I know what a medium looks like, I will have to buy the large bag once every other month, not 3 at a time as I did on two different orders
