Great coat, keeps me warm. I recently purchased the VShort Puffer Coat and I must say, I'm quite impressed. The coat is incredibly warm and cozy, perfect for chilly days. The fit is just right, and the style is very trendy. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the zipper sometimes gets stuck, but overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Beware. Worst--NO customer service Worst customer service on line. Love the design, fabric and construction, but.... 4 years ago I ordered 3 items. Never credited with an $!00+ return. Took a chance in 2024. 1 $80 irem was never received. No response from multiple emails/calls. If want to deal with this company, do not place multiple items in a single order. Pay the extra postage. Their system recgonizes order number but seems to have trouble with item number.
