Order a bracelet for my husband Order a bracelet for my husband, sent it back to be resized…. ZERO communication from them! Tried to call, left a message, still NOTHING. Not happy at all!

Customer service was awesome! I ordered a chain for my husband. she’s never worn one before so we weren’t sure what length he’d like. The one I originally purchased was too long and customer service was nice about helping me exchange out the item and receive a shorter one. He wears it every day now!

Mostly satisfied Mostly satisfied, but a bit disappointed. The pictures imply that the bands are larger and the names are a larger font. Also thought the stone polish would be more shiny. I am also hopeful the string will last for an extend time similar to a leather or other non-metal material.

3 of the 4 birthstones gone in 2 months I purchased this item as a birthday gift for my mother. After less than 2 months, 3 out of the 4 birthstones fell out. Pretty embarrassing and disappointing considering the item is priced over $100.
