GBCustomer service was awesome! I ordered a chain for my husband. she’s never worn one before so we weren’t sure what length he’d like. The one I originally purchased was too long and customer service was nice about helping me exchange out the item and receive a shorter one. He wears it every day now!

GBLoved my bracelet until it broke Loved my bracelet until it broke. Have had it for almost a year and taken great care of it made sure not to stretch it or anything. Went to put on after shower and it just snapped in half at the seam. Did not apply pressure so crazy it broke so easy

GBMostly satisfied Mostly satisfied, but a bit disappointed. The pictures imply that the bands are larger and the names are a larger font. Also thought the stone polish would be more shiny. I am also hopeful the string will last for an extend time similar to a leather or other non-metal material.
