This is an amazing little piece of… This is an amazing little piece of equipment. I purchased it for my mom who’s 81-she decided she needed to know how to run a chain saw. This was a perfect compromise between our difference of opinions of what her needing a chain saw looked like.

Be warned Do not buy from Woosir Be warned Do not buy from Woosir. I have not received my order. They claim that I should have received an email with tracking ID within 2 business days; I have not received a tracking ID. I can not get a meaningful order status from them. But, from the limited Chat responses, I am sure they are just a front for operations in China. They have no proper knowledge of the availability of products in China, and do not have any control over fulfilment which is likely done from China, which is why they can't give me an order status, and tracking number.

The Real Deal I found the website clear and functional. Purchasing the item I wanted was easy — and I found the perfect messenger bag that I am growing to adore more and more each time I use it. Quality! So hard to find … I took the leap purchasing this, but am not only glad I did - I will certainly keep this company in mind for future purchases.

Purchased a Woosir travel bag which… Purchased a Woosir travel bag which included ordering my initials. Couple of issues with this bag: 1) initials are at the bottom of the bag barely noticing. Don’t spend the extra expense. 2) first use using one slider to zipper the bag, elements came apart. Zipper is of inferior material. Customer service claims I must have over stuffed the bag. Don’t buy this product or any product from Woosir, they don’t stand by the product making returns cumbersome. Stand by for further review while I continue to handle this lemon!

Classy Travel Bag The leather travel bag I'm more then pleased with. The color is consistent with the soft texture of a good made leather travel bag. Communication was wonderful since I was worried about not receiving it in time for Christmas. This started out as a present for someone else and ended up being a great present for myself.
