They claim that I should have received an email with tracking ID within 2 business days; I have not received a tracking ID. I can not get a meaningful order status from them. But, from the limited Chat responses, I am sure they are just a front for operations in China. They have no proper knowledge of the availability of products in China, and do not have any control over fulfilment which is likely done from China, which is why they can't give me an order status, and tracking number.

Quality! So hard to find … I took the leap purchasing this, but am not only glad I did - I will certainly keep this company in mind for future purchases.

I literally took the backpack I ordered out of the bag to confirm if my laptop fit, it did not. I sent the requested pictures and Woosir claims I cannot return the bag. Classy Travel Bag The leather travel bag I'm more then pleased with. The color is consistent with the soft texture of a good made leather travel bag. Communication was wonderful since I was worried about not receiving it in time for Christmas. This started out as a present for someone else and ended up being a great present for myself.
