Perfect brown leather dopp kit I found this company while looking for a dopp kit for a gift. Beautiful brown leather bag that appears to be excellent quality. My dad loves it! Will definitely order more from woosir in the future! I needed to contact customer service and received a helpful & timely email!

Won't Let Me Make a Return I reached out to Woosir before making a purchase to verify the return policy. After receiving a response saying I would receive a full refund if the product was too small, I bought a laptop bag. Turned out the bag was too small. I requested to make a return, as stated in the policy, and was asked if I wanted to receive a tote bag instead of making a return. I responded no and haven't received any correspondence since regarding the return.

Bag is great Bag is great, just what I hoped for! Well made, classy, and good size for 3 larger lenses, camera, and a smaller one, with lots of pockets for other storage. 2 minor complaints. The first, I didn't receive any shipping updates until after it was delivered. Second, you can't choose where the Lazer etching is done and it wasn't very clear, but it's on the shoulder strap.

The Real Deal I found the website clear and functional. Purchasing the item I wanted was easy — and I found the perfect messenger bag that I am growing to adore more and more each time I use it. Quality! So hard to find … I took the leap purchasing this, but am not only glad I did - I will certainly keep this company in mind for future purchases.

Your return policy is ridiculous Your return policy is ridiculous. I will never order from this company again. I literally took the backpack I ordered out of the bag to confirm if my laptop fit, it did not. I sent the requested pictures and Woosir claims I cannot return the bag. So now I’m stuck with a bag I don’t want.
