USWho’s protecting consumers from these companies? This company does not give details about themselves or their products. They talk about their American patriotism and suggest their products represent USA using the best materials. Ha! I received my bag yesterday. It came in a large envelope and had a horrific petroleum like smell.Big tag says it is made from Materials known to cause cancer and birth defects, PD! Nothing on product or company page discloses this health hazard. This may already have harmed me. Made in China, nothing leather or American about it. This information was not disclosed on product page or information about “ them” zipper is defective. It’s a piece of fake cheap junk . I wrote them and no response, no telephone number..Return policy ridiculous. I’m opening a dispute for their lack of transparency to consumers.Horrible!!

USDO NOT ORDER FROM HERE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS THIS PLACE. Placed and order a month ago still have not received it. After 2 emails of requesting refunds I randomly get a tracking number. The tracking info says it was shipped on 12/9.. the progress has t updated since. I give this company two thumbs down the customer service is nonexistent if you choose to order from them, the best of luck to you

USWill NOT be ordering from this company again With Christmas and my daughter's birthday coming up, I decided to order a Wrangler tote and purse that she wanted. Why I opted to order from Montana West as opposed to Amazon, Cavender's or another tried and true website is beyond me! Anyway, I found what I was looking for on the site and placed the order. I did not realize until I received the WRONG color that the picture on the order submission confirmation was not what I thought I ordered (not even close!), although the description including color, was correct. I chalked this up to my own oversight. Since there was no shipping label, invoice or any other documentation included in the package I called to find out how to return/exchange for the color I wanted. When I found out their return policy and process is absolutely ridiculous I decided I'd just keep the item and resell it on FB marketplace, Poshmark, or Ebay. By this time the color I wanted was no longer available from other merchants, so I placed another order with Montana West (I know, what was I thinking?!?). I was diligent and made sure the picture in the order submission was correct, as well as the description, etc. This time the items were received in two different packages. The first one to arrive was, guess what..., the wrong color!! At least this time it was kind of close. The last package to be received (a week or so later) was the only one that was actually the item I ordered! Lessons learned the hard way. Learn from my experience and save yourself some grief, frustration, etc. - Don't order from Montana West!

CANever order there from Canada Never order there from Canada, as they will charge you a big USD shipping fee then you'll later have the surprise of beeing billed again by the transporter for "international custom fees" without any warning. So your product will cost you twice as expected, AFTER the transaction is completed. They simply cash out the USD shipping fees and let you pay again for it and wash their hands. No help was received from the company, they'll wish you luck paying your fees.

USSent wrong color Sent wrong color. I returned for an exchange at shipping charge of $11.80. They received on August 21. They refuse to give me a re-ship date and further NEVER answer their phone. Is this company a scam? I either want my purse or my money back. Terrible customer service.
