Excellent Quality So far, I have bought two handbags and waiting on two more and I couldn't be happier. These bags are definite quality and nearly impossible to tell they're not the real thing. I also love Azura! She is wonderful and will help you with anything you need. I highly recommend asking for her for anything you want. She is very helpful!

The BEST staff! This is for Helen, Azura & Billy. I’ve been a customer for quite sometime but I had a problem w/ a pic of a bag AND the strap length AND exactly how it looked IRL. I feel very foolish because we went back & forth & I just couldn’t understand it! They were BEYOND patient w/ me even tho I had a total brain freeze & not only did they send me pics but also a YouTube link that made me - AT LAST - go “Oh! NOW I get it!” Never once did they say “You fool! It’s obvious!” (Which frankly I would’ve) The Fasbags staff is AMAZING & their bags & shoes are incredible. They really went out of their way & I can’t emphasize enough how patient & kind they were! Even after I said “Ok, I’ll take it!” they sent me MORE pics & asked, “Are you sure?” How many companies do THAT?! I’ve bought SIX pairs of shoes from them & I wear a size 9! Each one was PERFECT! She works closely with the customer to help them pick out the perfect item on Fasbags and then follows your selection closely by email and text all the way to delivery.
