The BEST staff! This is for Helen, Azura & Billy. I’ve been a customer for quite sometime but I had a problem w/ a pic of a bag AND the strap length AND exactly how it looked IRL. I feel very foolish because we went back & forth & I just couldn’t understand it! They were BEYOND patient w/ me even tho I had a total brain freeze & not only did they send me pics but also a YouTube link that made me - AT LAST - go “Oh! NOW I get it!” Never once did they say “You fool! It’s obvious!” (Which frankly I would’ve) The Fasbags staff is AMAZING & their bags & shoes are incredible. They really went out of their way & I can’t emphasize enough how patient & kind they were! Even after I said “Ok, I’ll take it!” they sent me MORE pics & asked, “Are you sure?” How many companies do THAT?! I’ve bought SIX pairs of shoes from them & I wear a size 9! Each one was PERFECT!
