GBWonderful customer seevice The customer service was outstanding. I accidentally ordered the wrong bracelet for my son’s wedding. They shipped the correct one super fast and gave me a store credit immediately. I preferred refund since I had already bought the correct one. It was handled promptly and nicely. They also add a handwritten card with your name on it with a heart in the package. I will definitely be ordering from them again.❤️

CABeautiful Pieces to wear for special occasions and everyday! I purchased jewelry for my wedding day and for the events leading up to my wedding (engagement photoshoot, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, etc.). What was amazing was that the package only took 3 business days to arrive <3 I had totally forgotten to consider my jewelry because of all the hecticness surrounding planning a wedding...so ordered last minute. The service, delivery, and quality of the pieces were excellent. I also love that I can wear my jewelry daily and not just for special occasions! I got the tatum studs, porter studs, mina hoops (wear these daily), mini lucy necklace, and della studs.

GBElegance and personal First the products are all so elegant, sophisticated, beautiful and unique, but in addition, customer service was phenomenal. I placed an order for a gift for my daughter for her wedding and used a credit card by mistake that she has access to from when she was younger. I thought I shouldn’t have used that card so that she doesn’t come across the purchase. I reached out to customer service to see if I could change the payment type, and they responded immediately, took action to see what could be done and gave instructions…. THEN they followed up to let me know the new payment for the order was all set. All of this was immediate action and offered so pleasantly. Truly a great experience not to mention the beautiful earrings that are exactly what I was looking for!!!

GBUnfortunately my first order was stolen… Unfortunately my first order was stolen from my mailbox. I was very disappointed. However when I reached out to customer support, they were kind enough to issue another shipment for me. I finally received my order, the pieces are beautiful. GBBest Customer Service I ordered earrings for a special occasion, and mistakenly ordered gold instead of silver. I didn't realize the error until I received the shipping notification. I contacted O & P to see how I should handle it. I decided to just order the silver ones and return the gold ones when they arrive rather than wait to do an exchange because of the time. The silver ones arrived a day or two after the gold ones, and I feel like they must have expedited the order because they knew I needed them by a certain date. I was pleased by the customer service, and even more pleased by how well the silver earrings matched the dress for my special occasion.
