GBWonderful customer seevice The customer service was outstanding. I accidentally ordered the wrong bracelet for my son’s wedding. They shipped the correct one super fast and gave me a store credit immediately. I preferred refund since I had already bought the correct one. It was handled promptly and nicely. They also add a handwritten card with your name on it with a heart in the package. I will definitely be ordering from them again.❤️

CACustomer Dedication My package was never received for whatever reason, but the representatives at Olive and Piper very quickly dealt with the issue (within an hour), and didn't ask me to simply deal with it through Canada Post. Fantastic customer service.

GBGot burned by customer support I’ve been a customer for a few years and they have great products however I got burned by customer support and I can’t shop there anymore. Tl;dr you won’t get your money back or a replacement order if anything goes wrong with shipping. I placed an order in mid Feb and it was shipped out promptly. The issue is even though the package was marked as delivered at Feb 20 at 5:15pm, it was not actually there - I checked at 5:30pm. I double checked the next morning and again, the package wasn’t there. I then flew out of town for vacation. Upon returning from my trip, I TRIPLE checked and again. Not there. So I reached out to their customer support. To say the least, they were not very helpful and did not show much empathy. I explained my situation and they sent me a generic response to wait 3-4 days. I already did that! I asked for a replacement order, alternatively a refund. They denied both. I opened a dispute with my credit card company and they lied in their argument. They put the blame on me going on vacation and then not being able to locate the package upon my return. This doesn’t make sense. If it was actually delivered the day before I left town, then I would have received it. For context, I work from home so I keep a close eye on any expected packages. My complex also locks and secures each unit’s mailbox. Meaning if the package was actually delivered to my mailbox, then it would be there. Net net, I never got my package and I can’t get my money back. Shop at your own risk because apparently as a consumer you’re now responsible for the mistakes that a courier that the merchant picks makes.
