GBGot burned by customer support I’ve been a customer for a few years and they have great products however I got burned by customer support and I can’t shop there anymore. Tl;dr you won’t get your money back or a replacement order if anything goes wrong with shipping. I placed an order in mid Feb and it was shipped out promptly. The issue is even though the package was marked as delivered at Feb 20 at 5:15pm, it was not actually there - I checked at 5:30pm. I double checked the next morning and again, the package wasn’t there. I then flew out of town for vacation. Upon returning from my trip, I TRIPLE checked and again. Not there. So I reached out to their customer support. To say the least, they were not very helpful and did not show much empathy. I explained my situation and they sent me a generic response to wait 3-4 days. I already did that! I asked for a replacement order, alternatively a refund. They denied both. I opened a dispute with my credit card company and they lied in their argument. They put the blame on me going on vacation and then not being able to locate the package upon my return. This doesn’t make sense. If it was actually delivered the day before I left town, then I would have received it. For context, I work from home so I keep a close eye on any expected packages. My complex also locks and secures each unit’s mailbox. Meaning if the package was actually delivered to my mailbox, then it would be there. Net net, I never got my package and I can’t get my money back. Shop at your own risk because apparently as a consumer you’re now responsible for the mistakes that a courier that the merchant picks makes.

GBLove Olive and Piper Love Olive and Piper! I came across them while looking for new jewelry to wear at my nephew’s wedding in Florence. I could not have been happier with my purchase, the Blair drops are gorgeous and the Nigella bracelet goes with them beautifully. This week I received 2 Alaia pendants, one for me one for my pearl-loving sister. Again the product is on point, in addition the shipping is fast and customer service is prompt and professional. GBUnfortunately my first order was stolen… Unfortunately my first order was stolen from my mailbox. I was very disappointed. However when I reached out to customer support, they were kind enough to issue another shipment for me. I finally received my order, the pieces are beautiful. CABeautiful Pieces to wear for special occasions and everyday! I purchased jewelry for my wedding day and for the events leading up to my wedding (engagement photoshoot, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, etc.). What was amazing was that the package only took 3 business days to arrive <3 I had totally forgotten to consider my jewelry because of all the hecticness surrounding planning a wedding...so ordered last minute. The service, delivery, and quality of the pieces were excellent. I also love that I can wear my jewelry daily and not just for special occasions!
