The end product The end product, the boots were excellent, look great and well put together. The only thing it took soooo long to get them. I had planned to wear them to anevent but did not get in time.

Beautiful, well made, but sized wrong. The look and quality of the shoe are "exceptional"; however, the size 8 1/2 which is my wife's normal size are "too small". Having them streched by a shoe shop did not help. Perhaps my wife should have ordered a size 9. Maybe that would have worked. At $299 for the shoe, I cannot afford Maybe.

I have absolutely amazed at the customer service I have received. I purchased one pair of shoes to check out the quality and fit. I have now purchased 4 more in 3 months. Their shoes are extraordinarily well made, gorgeous, and comfortable as they come. I expect to pay more for quality and customer service... RA shoes are a premium product that deserve a premium price and you will receive premium customer service. What else could you ask for?
