Beautiful, well made, but sized wrong. The look and quality of the shoe are "exceptional"; however, the size 8 1/2 which is my wife's normal size are "too small". Having them streched by a shoe shop did not help. Perhaps my wife should have ordered a size 9. Maybe that would have worked. At $299 for the shoe, I cannot afford Maybe.

Modern designs with classic elegance, quality, and customer service. It's rare to find companies that still treat a customer as if they matter. I have absolutely amazed at the customer service I have received. I purchased one pair of shoes to check out the quality and fit. I have now purchased 4 more in 3 months. Their shoes are extraordinarily well made, gorgeous, and comfortable as they come. I expect to pay more for quality and customer service... RA shoes are a premium product that deserve a premium price and you will receive premium customer service. What else could you ask for?

Absolutely Fantastic Shoes Absolutely fantastic shoes. I now own several pairs of these shoes and I have never once been disappointed. The wait for custom shoes for some may be disappointing, but they say more dopamine is released in the brain with the anticipation of the service or final product vs post receipt, so it's all part of the journey. That said, every pair of shoes I have received are greater than I expected from the picture on the screen. They fit and look fantastic. Lots of compliments.
