Above and beyond customer service I had what I feared was going to be a major problem with an order. It was delivered promptly , that wasn’t the problem. I sent an email to customer service and within two hours the owner contacted me directly with a profuse apology and immediate credit to reverse the error. Went out of her way to make it right. Exceptional customer service from a lovely small business. Great fashions!

Clothing that’s worth the wait! I love love love love love all the clothes from here!! Very nice quality and reasonably priced!! I did have issues with shipping, but Grace reached out to me and was very helpful throughout the whole process! She kept me updated whenever there was something new regarding my shipping information. Her customer service skills are impeccable!! There needs to be more people like her. I would give them a million stars if I could; they can definitely count me as a regular buyer 😆

Apparently their shipping practices… Apparently their shipping practices kind of stink. Many reviews rave about them replacing a lost order, Reduce rates for priority shipping...How about just send it when you say? I ordered my daughter's hoodies before Christmas and still dont have them. They say they will send them priority so we will have them this week. I just wanted them if not for her Christmas gift at least before she went back to school! Great Christmas gift! :( So far not impressed.

I was very happy with my order I was very happy with my order, it arrived fairly quickly in perfect condition, and the quality of the top I bought was actually better than I expected.
