Above and beyond customer service I had what I feared was going to be a major problem with an order. It was delivered promptly , that wasn’t the problem. I sent an email to customer service and within two hours the owner contacted me directly with a profuse apology and immediate credit to reverse the error. Went out of her way to make it right. Slow to ship out my order I have always been in love with Shopgracie's Instagram feed and I had my eye on so many things and just when I finally decided to order few things while sales were there, it took them approximately two weeks to finally ship out my order. I don't know if anyone experienced this issue but I believe that because it was a very hectic time when I ordered, it was two days before New Years to be exact. But all in all even though the process was way slower than expected, I'm glad I purchased from them. I'll gladly purchase from them again.
