I absolutely love Shop Gracie I absolutely love Shop Gracie! They always have the cutest clothes that are good quality and well made. My order is always delivered fast probably within a week if not days after I order. I also really like the online support feature. If I have questions about a specific piece of clothing such as the sizing, they are super nice and willing to help out! I really love this store and I will definitely continue shopping here!

Slow to ship out my order I have always been in love with Shopgracie's Instagram feed and I had my eye on so many things and just when I finally decided to order few things while sales were there, it took them approximately two weeks to finally ship out my order. I don't know if anyone experienced this issue but I believe that because it was a very hectic time when I ordered, it was two days before New Years to be exact. But all in all even though the process was way slower than expected, I'm glad I purchased from them. I'll gladly purchase from them again.

Above and beyond customer service I had what I feared was going to be a major problem with an order. It was delivered promptly , that wasn’t the problem. I sent an email to customer service and within two hours the owner contacted me directly with a profuse apology and immediate credit to reverse the error. Went out of her way to make it right. Exceptional customer service from a lovely small business. Great fashions!

My package never came: updated My package never came. I spent over a hundred dollars and never got my product. They have, or had, when I ordered my product, a "no longer our problem" policy if the package gets lost in transit. I emailed the company and never got a response. The tracking said it had never been shipped. I filed a complaint with the shipping company and they never found my package. Just very disappointed. Update: Shortly after posting this review I was contacted by the company who gave me my money's worth and apologized profusely for the miscommunication. Pleased with the customer service conduct and the customer care.

Definitely recommend! Shop Gracie is my favorite online store! I love ordering from them any chance I get and I always try to find an excuse for new clothes because all of their products are so cute! Whether it’s summer or fall I feel like I can trust that I’ll find something absolutely stunning on Shop Gracie.
