Great customer service! I ordered my daughter a hoodie on Black Friday, and they had it ready to ship as promised. It unfortunately got lost in the mail. When I contacted Shop Gracie, they immediately made it right and rushed a replacement along with reducing the cost I had paid. Great customer service! Completely OBSESSED! I'm always skeptical when it comes to ordering clothes online; you never know if it'll fit right, what the quality will be like or if it even resembles the pictures. With Shop Gracie, I was EXTREMELY impressed! I went from purchasing one item in my first order, to now being on my fourth order and nearly fifteen items! My package never came: updated My package never came. I spent over a hundred dollars and never got my product. They have, or had, when I ordered my product, a "no longer our problem" policy if the package gets lost in transit. I emailed the company and never got a response. The tracking said it had never been shipped. I filed a complaint with the shipping company and they never found my package. Just very disappointed. Update: Shortly after posting this review I was contacted by the company who gave me my money's worth and apologized profusely for the miscommunication. Pleased with the customer service conduct and the customer care.
