GBGreat customer service! I ordered my daughter a hoodie on Black Friday, and they had it ready to ship as promised. It unfortunately got lost in the mail. When I contacted Shop Gracie, they immediately made it right and rushed a replacement along with reducing the cost I had paid. Great customer service! GBI absolutely love Shop Gracie I absolutely love Shop Gracie! They always have the cutest clothes that are good quality and well made. My order is always delivered fast probably within a week if not days after I order. I also really like the online support feature. If I have questions about a specific piece of clothing such as the sizing, they are super nice and willing to help out! I really love this store and I will definitely continue shopping here!

GBCompletely OBSESSED! I'm always skeptical when it comes to ordering clothes online; you never know if it'll fit right, what the quality will be like or if it even resembles the pictures. GBI was very happy with my order I was very happy with my order, it arrived fairly quickly in perfect condition, and the quality of the top I bought was actually better than I expected. CHMy package never came: updated My package never came. I spent over a hundred dollars and never got my product. They have, or had, when I ordered my product, a "no longer our problem" policy if the package gets lost in transit. I emailed the company and never got a response. The tracking said it had never been shipped. I filed a complaint with the shipping company and they never found my package. Just very disappointed. Update: Shortly after posting this review I was contacted by the company who gave me my money's worth and apologized profusely for the miscommunication. Pleased with the customer service conduct and the customer care.
