Placed an order on 12/7 Placed an order on 12/7. Still waiting for any kind of confirmation that it’s been shipped. Advertising 3-7 business days for shipping is laughable. They do NOT respond to emails. If I ever receive my order or a response from this company, it will be my last. Customer service or at least communication is everything and this company is poor at both.
