GBI loveeee EF!! I think pricing is fair, I love all the designs and how they are different from other Christian apparel, I love the community and I love the message they put out. I’ve bought rings, hoodies, crewnecks, and a phone case from them and everything has always come fast and in perfect condition. The first order I had they gave me a free wwjd bracelet and I haven’t taken it off since. This is genuinely a good company to the point I became an ambassador to help share their brand because I love it so much.

GBBe Prepared to Wait Like many of the reviews, I had to wait almost a month. I placed an order on 11/28/23 and got a shipment confirmation on 12/14/24 and it was delivered on 12/23/24, luckily just in time for Christmas as they were Christmas presents for my wife. I was initially going to purchase just the jacket she wanted but when I saw that they offered free shipping on orders over $75, I ended up at $90 out the door. I figured a month should have more than enough time for Christmas, but had I known, I wouldn't have made the purchase or at least just stuck with just the jacket. I don't know where their close to 64k site and product reviews come from because I can't find a link on their site to leave a review. When I try to look at the order to see if I can leave a review from there, the page just loads and loads and loads.

GBPlaced an order on 12/7 Placed an order on 12/7. Still waiting for any kind of confirmation that it’s been shipped. Advertising 3-7 business days for shipping is laughable. They do NOT respond to emails. If I ever receive my order or a response from this company, it will be my last. Customer service or at least communication is everything and this company is poor at both.

GBWORST Customer Service (aka ZERO Customer Service) Zero customer service!! I have reached out to them through email, Instagram, their website, leaving reviews on the website, etc. I have gotten zero response and it has been a month now. All I wanted to do was exchange pants for a different size, but they have been so bad, that I will not be shopping here anymore. I recommend you stay away!! UPDATE 1/17/24 Because of this review, they have finally reached out to me about the exchange and it has gotten processed. I HATE leaving negative reviews because I think people need to be shown grace (I mean, I would like for people to show me grace), but when you repeatedly don't get back to people after multiple contact attempts, it becomes a problem. I don't know if they need to hire more customer service people or what, but I do know that something needs to change on their end regarding customer service.
