Disappointing experience! Not only did it take longer than expected to receive our order, but once it did arrive, we were very disappointed. Despite discussing the image placement in advance with Megan (and being assured the image was acceptable), the actual embroidery did not match the image on the proof; instead, it was highly distorted. Patches4pennies would not re-make the patch nor offer any type of refund. Do not use this company to save a buck. They cannot be trusted to deliver a quality product and customer satisfaction is certainly not a priority to them.

Awesome!!!! They were super to work with, I called many times to change our design and they never gave me hard time and they do great work. The artwork looked great and the finished patches were better than I could have hoped for. I won't use anyone else for our patches again.
