Prompt, friendly service We ordered patches for a Girl Scout event. Bill was very patient in answering questions. He did a great job turning the design the girls created into a piece of art. The process was very simple and we had the patches in about 2 or 3 weeks. I do recommend this company.

Dream Experience, couldn't be easier. The in house design team took some scribbles on a piece of napkin I sent them, and turned them into gorgeous, great quality and cheap patches. Couldn't be happier with the entire process.

Disappointing experience! Not only did it take longer than expected to receive our order, but once it did arrive, we were very disappointed. Despite discussing the image placement in advance with Megan (and being assured the image was acceptable), the actual embroidery did not match the image on the proof; instead, it was highly distorted. Patches4pennies would not re-make the patch nor offer any type of refund. Do not use this company to save a buck. They cannot be trusted to deliver a quality product and customer satisfaction is certainly not a priority to them.
