Perfect design Perfect design, size, material, style, functionality, versatility etc etc! I sometimes need to carry two laptops and the laptop compartment fits with lots of room left in the main compartment. (The padded section of the laptop compartment may only fit smaller sized laptops though so I only use that for my ipad) Not sure if it is a design flaw but I find a minor issue when using the hooks for the shoulder strap. I find the bag leaning away from my body as opposed to leaning towards my body. I found a way around that though by using one of the hooks meant for the backpack when I need to use the shoulder strap and with that solved, no thing else to complain about. I'll totally buy this again!
