GBI emailed 3 days ago that I didn't… I emailed 3 days ago that I didn't receive the strap to my bag . I have not recieved a response back yet. The bag also has an unappealing odor.

GBHmmmm Ordering was easy. Although, their time zone is in India and I was woken up at 230am to confirm and clarify my order. Also, at 230am I asked if the gift was going to be here by Christmas. He reassured and said yes. I tracked the item and will not be here until 12/27. I haven’t seen the product yet, but can’t wait to see it.

CABeautiful Bag I had tried to order a bag via Amazon, but received the wrong bag. I decided to go directly to the site and order the bag instead and had more issues. However once I contacted Anuent via IG, the customer service issues were resolved and I received my bag within a week or so of my order. The bag is really nice and big, and the leather craftsmanship is beautiful.
