10/10 Company. 10/10 Product. I received the most beautiful laptop bag / messenger bag from Anuent. The leather, design, quality, and workmanship is impeccable. I feel so beautiful wearing it on my shoulder! Additionally, the customer service (over email) was outstanding. I felt like a valued customer because they answered all of my questions and followed up with me after the bag was delivered to make sure I liked it and received it safely. I am going to recommend this store to anyone needing beautiful bags, because Anuent is the best! I am so, so happy with my purchase.

I emailed 3 days ago that I didn't… I emailed 3 days ago that I didn't receive the strap to my bag . I have not recieved a response back yet. The bag also has an unappealing odor.
