GBAwsome customer service … A glitch in the system when ordering and item was mailed to wrong address. I sent an email communicating that I had not received my order and Vivian promptly replied and offered to remake my item and send it to correct address. The customer service is impecable!!!! Highly recommend and will use again!!!!

GBMy confirmation and order updates had… My confirmation and order updates had tummy guy as 3 of the 4 pillows I ordered. When I questioned the order Vivian sent a a detailed order confirmation showing exactly what I ordered. Within minutes my mind was at ease. When I was placing my order I tried to increase the size of the pillows by editing my cart but it seemed the only way to do so was to delete and reenter everything.

GBFantastic Service What a fantastic service. I wanted 10 personalised bucket hats for a stag weekend. The delivery advertised wasn't going to work for my timeline, but after e-mailing them and getting a instant reply the service was exceptional and the order has been received early. Great service and brilliant communication. I wish all companies worked like this.

I got in touch with customer services and explained the situation and they sent my order again without any hassle, with great communication. Happy with product and happy with customer service.
