USMy order was lost in the mail and they… My order was lost in the mail and they were happy to replace or refund me. The only thing that I didn't agree with is the fees that were still deducted from my refund but I understand why it was deducted though

USAwsome customer service … A glitch in the system when ordering and item was mailed to wrong address. I sent an email communicating that I had not received my order and Vivian promptly replied and offered to remake my item and send it to correct address. The customer service is impecable!!!! Highly recommend and will use again!!!!

USYour company is horrible I paid extra… Your company is horrible I paid extra for express delivery and it still took two weeks to get here and then I got the order it was someone else order and it was broken. All I wanted was to get my money back and you guys wouldn’t even do that all you did was ask to remake the order.

AUDo not waste your money Crap service, crap responses. Had to get replacement as first tshirt they stuffed it up, and second tshirt also stuffed up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Sizes are also NOT Australian sizing (which is not surprising given they trick you into thinking it’s an Australian website) if I could give 0 stars I would. So incredibly annoyed and disappointed
