Impressed Our family was so impressed with this banquet center while attending my mother's funeral luncheon - they thought it was a new building! April and Tom were so helpful and professional. We are so fortunate to have this facility and caring staff so close to us. The food was served hot and everyone was pleased. Thank you.

April Was Amazing April was amazing! She was so helpful and went out of her way to see that everything was perfect for our memorial celebration of life. The food was wonderful and the servers kept replenishing often. Nobody left hungry that’s for sure. The cost was reasonable as well. This is the perfect place to have an event. I highly recommend Northampton Event & Banquet Center. With April as your event planner, you will have a wonderful event and your guests will be impressed for sure. Retirement Party for our Daughter … Our Retirement Party for our daughter was great! The food was amazing. The servers did an excellent job. Such efficiency…don’t know how they do it in such a timely manner. Working with April and the rest of her staff made it less stressful for us knowing that everything would go as planned. It was a beautiful experience. Thank you!

April C, did an amazing job.. Thank You.. In the beginning of scheduling our event, we were going to book some place else. Then April C. took over as manager and was so compassionate. She went above and beyond to help in every way possible. She's young and we thought she might be overwhelmed to handle things as great as Debbie did. Nope, she was 100% perfect in every way possible. I think Debbie is watching over her. WE miss Debbie with our every heartbeat, but we know, April is making her proud.
