The customer service representative was so helpful in describing the different items and answering my questions. I couldn't believe how quickly my items arrived, and they were exactly as pictured/described! My snood is extremely comfortable and my daughter loves to wear her hair accessories. GBAwesome head coverings I ordered three head pieces from myheadcoverings and I love them. They are stylish and colorful and fit wonderful. I had no problem with ordering or delivery and would definitely order some more.

GBbeyond my expectations just wanted to share that the tichels i received were really high quality and very well made .... even though I deliberately chose the lower priced ones .... they were really beyond my expectations, and I already have a list of people I will be getting gifts from you for .... the velvet purple tichel is exquisite .... thank you so much !!!

GBPoor Customer Service I am very upset about Myheadcoverings.com's poor customer service policy when a purchase is defective. A simple apology and accusation that the customer is at fault after 2 wearings, is totally unacceptable! I actually spent money to mail back the snood in question, because I thought that your quality control people would be able to discern what the problem was and correct it for the future! In such a situation, the item should be replaced, as a matter of course. I found this very unprofessional and upsetting! I have no problem spending money for a good quality snood, but when i spend it and the item starts unravelling immediately, i am losing a good amount of money and have no snood to show for it!

GBdisappointed I purchased an item using a Free Shipping Promo, after inquiring about the size of the item. I was told it ran "large". However, it was too tight. So I packed it up, paid for the return shipping, and sent it back. I was disappointed with the reimbursement. Shipping charges were subtracted from the paid amount. I called the company and got a lame excuse. I should have received the exact amount I paid.
