Wonderful experience; would definitely use website again! This is not the first time I have ordered from Myheadcoverings and it won't be the last! The customer service representative was so helpful in describing the different items and answering my questions. I couldn't believe how quickly my items arrived, and they were exactly as pictured/described! My snood is extremely comfortable and my daughter loves to wear her hair accessories. Poor Customer Service I am very upset about Myheadcoverings.com's poor customer service policy when a purchase is defective. A simple apology and accusation that the customer is at fault after 2 wearings, is totally unacceptable! I actually spent money to mail back the snood in question, because I thought that your quality control people would be able to discern what the problem was and correct it for the future! In such a situation, the item should be replaced, as a matter of course. I found this very unprofessional and upsetting! I have no problem spending money for a good quality snood, but when i spend it and the item starts unravelling immediately, i am losing a good amount of money and have no snood to show for it!
