One word LOVE! One word LOVE!! I absolutely love my ring. The shipping was fast. I ordered in oct so I could have it by Christmas and it arrived within a week. Sooo forget waiting to Christmas im rocking my rock now lol. Order order order you won't be disappointed

My mom ordered a butterfly necklace for… My mom ordered a butterfly necklace for me as a gift for my birthday. The necklace arrived and was to small so I had to return it. The necklace was never worn and was in its original packaging to be returned. The return process is ridiculous. I went through back and forth emails for over a week just to get a return address. I finally get the info and send it back. Its been 2 wks since they recieved the necklace and still no refund. They said it needs to be approved by management and they will be taking $10 off my return for a restocking fee. This has to be the worst return policy ever.I will never do business with this company again. Now my mom has to file a claim with her bank against Dezros for no refund!

Beautiful just beautiful My ring is so beautiful. Took a minute to receive my package but when it was shipped out tracking number was sent and was updated with every move. Will definitely be purchasing off this site again

False Advertisement...... Stay Away..... The ring was beautiful but began tarnishing within 2 weeks. Do not believe the ad about them, they are no different than the costume jewelry you buy at Walmart. I have been waiting almost 2 months for a response in regards to a refund as they don't allow returns. Awful awful awful spend your money elsewhere
