Wrong size I got my product on time very pleased with it beautiful Ring but the wrong size was sent out. Even after contacting the company explaining about ring wrong ring size they did no effort to send me the correct Ring size but want to give me an special offer and send me another Ring with correct size for $14.00 Dollars ? My question is Why charge me more money for a ring that was paid in full instead of sending me the correct size and return the wrong one back I am stuck with a five size ring that I can’t nor use

My mom ordered a butterfly necklace for… My mom ordered a butterfly necklace for me as a gift for my birthday. The necklace arrived and was to small so I had to return it. The necklace was never worn and was in its original packaging to be returned. The return process is ridiculous. I went through back and forth emails for over a week just to get a return address. I finally get the info and send it back. Its been 2 wks since they recieved the necklace and still no refund. They said it needs to be approved by management and they will be taking $10 off my return for a restocking fee. This has to be the worst return policy ever.I will never do business with this company again. Now my mom has to file a claim with her bank against Dezros for no refund!

I love the ring we purchased and to be… I love the ring we purchased and to be honest the photos didn't do it justice. When I received the ring it was bigger and more glamorous than I could imagine. I had no issues to where I needed to contact anyone. The purchasewent smoothly, received confirmation of payment, received confirmation of shipping and it did not take long to receive it either. I will purchase from them again!
