GBI can't believe 2 months it took to… I can't believe 2 months it took to receive a hole in a brand new purse, and not the right personal ized engraving, I even tipped! I guess yall got so big that your work and production of the purses were rushed poor work, I went to my local Christian Bookstore and I found a similar one cheaper and sticking was more accurate. My mother's gift I ordered in November with the garuantee of delivery by Xmas, was late, sent another bag with a random name from a different company arrived jan 10 to have a broken zipper and hole in zipper pocket poorly made.

GBBags are not worth cost Don't show pictures only of the bags with accessories. Make it plain that to receive bags with zipper closure and removable handles these items cost extra. People believe this is a Christian company, but we are taken advantage of since you will not make sure we are completely satisfied with our purchase. The bags are not worth their cost.

GBVery Helpful and Supportive Ordered two bags which shipped separately. Had an issue with USPS during delivery - one bag was delivered to the wrong address (not the company's fault). The customer service at Holistic Bags has been phenomenal! They have been very helpful and supportive in getting my issue resolved. They offered to send me a replacement bag for the missing one, and I can't thank them enough! They've been wonderful! Highly recommend!

GBHonest Review The bags are beautiful and have gotten compliments on it and asked where I got it from. However, in reality the bags are over-priced in my opinion. The buy one get one free is really equivalent of buying two bags. I wished I had gone with the larger bag for myself, but since I personalized I can't gift it like I did with the "free" bag for my sister that was also personalized. It still works for the medium size but the largest bag would had worked better for me. I didn't give 5 stars because the arrival time that was given was way longer then expected date. Customer service was great. Very responsive and did their best with updates. Overall pleased with the quality of bag so far.

GBMore than I expected… I want to say that I am more than happy with my purchase. This was my first time buying from them and I was a little concerned about the shipping time, but their customer service was excellent about replying to all my emails and sending me tracking numbers. When I received my bags I was more than pleased with them, they are absolutely beautiful! They are more than I expected! You won’t regret your purchase.
