Great disappointment 1. Bags too big. No description on ordering as to size. 2. Gift box which had to pay extra for, damaged and unattractive. 3. Zippers are cheap!!....Don't slide well. Doubt they will last. 4. Disappointed and regret ordering. Too much money for product. Would have never purchased if in a store.

Honest Review The bags are beautiful and have gotten compliments on it and asked where I got it from. However, in reality the bags are over-priced in my opinion. The buy one get one free is really equivalent of buying two bags. I wished I had gone with the larger bag for myself, but since I personalized I can't gift it like I did with the "free" bag for my sister that was also personalized. It still works for the medium size but the largest bag would had worked better for me. I didn't give 5 stars because the arrival time that was given was way longer then expected date. Customer service was great. Very responsive and did their best with updates. Overall pleased with the quality of bag so far.

I really love my new bags! I received my bags and they are beautiful! They came in separate bags but they both came. I didn't pay for the nice box so they are a little dented from shipping but after a couple days they straightened out. I used one for my church bag and got lots of compliments and shared the website.

My bags are beautiful and well worth the wait The bags are beautiful and definitely worth the wait. The only two things I would hope they work on is their delivery and updates. If you order for a special occasion order at least a month and a half to two months ahead of time to make sure it arrives on time. I know keeping someone updated on their order can be a pain but even if you just touch base once a week or every two weeks would probably alleviate someone's anxiety about where their order is. But I will admit every time I reached out someone responded within reasonable time. I ordered two bags and am extremely happy and will be ordering again in the future.
