Wonderful customer service, beautiful hair Awesome experience with Labhairs. She worked with to get my beautiful full lace wig. The color is amazing. The hair is just gorgeous. And the lace is completely invisible. I am beyond happy with this piece & the customer service. I got my piece in very quickly as well! I will definitely buy more from labhairs. Thank you so much.

The wig I received was trash and… The wig I received was trash and very,very thin I tried to curl it and flat iron it, nothing worked at all they have the most horrible wigs I have ever purchased in my life I would not ever recommend this company to no one. Trash trash trash buyer beware

Beware when buying from Labhairs I ordered a wig from Labhairs; after checking the wig out, it was just not going to work for me. I emailed their customer service just like it advises on their website to return it, this was on March 28th. Customer service was quick to respond, communication was great until it wasn't. I emailed them April 30th to check the status of my refund since I had received confirmation from USPS that the wig had been delivered to them on April 20th. I received a reply from them that same day indicating that they were on "holiday" and "will check with our Ca warehouse colleague once confirmed will refund you asap". I have sent two follow-up emails (May 5th & 9th) but have not heard anything back from them. Hopefully if/when you buy a wig from them, you love it, because returning it to them is a pain. As of today, there has been no further communication and no refund.
