After you wash the wig, this is when you can tell they use cheap hair. It’s not 💯 human hair. Ali’s poor customer service. When you try to return the wig. They stop replying to you. You hen file a claim against the company with PayPal to get your money back. I would advise don’t waste your money and time using this company. Quality isn’t good.
