Cool Clothes! Shopping at Cosmique for my daughter from New Zealand as the clothes are different! She loves them. I am not sure why but delivery to New Zealand was crazily slow - clothes ordered from the UK ad USA at the same time arrived weeks earlier. However, the customer service and check in was truly excellent from Olivia! I would shop again but not with a deadline!

I feel like I’ve just been scammed I recently purchased 3 items from Cosmique Studio and never received any order confirmation even though the payment transaction is completed. I’ve tried emailing them and received a “Failure Notice” because my emails can’t get through to them, apparently. I’ve tried calling them and no one will answer the phone. At this point, I don’t even know how to go about getting a refund.

Exchange coming fast! I ordered a size too small and Olivia is getting the job done very quickly! She is responding super fast and professionally; I will have my bigger size ASAP. Looking forward to shopping here more.

Hot mama! Was searching for a certain look and after my google search I ran up on this sight but was a bit skeptical of if it was a legit sight but I said what the heck go for it. I’m glad I did! I was looking for the item to be delivered at my door and I reached out to check the status and Caitlyn responded back very promptly letting me now it was delivered and whatever day. Sure enough it was and sitting in my mail box . Haha I received many compliments on my shirt . Very cute design. I probably could have designed it myself but I’m not going to complain I love it!
