We recently purchased an item and the sizing was not exactly what my teen daughter was hoping for. Without a blink Cosmique exchanged the item for the size my daughter was really hoping for. The item is of great quality and looks just as it did in the picture. We are both thrilled with the purchased item and the customer service Cosmique provided. I feel like I’ve just been scammed I recently purchased 3 items from Cosmique Studio and never received any order confirmation even though the payment transaction is completed. I’ve tried emailing them and received a “Failure Notice” because my emails can’t get through to them, apparently. I’ve tried calling them and no one will answer the phone. At this point, I don’t even know how to go about getting a refund.
