I ordered the layered necklace I ordered the layered necklace. The two shorter ones were the same length and didn’t layer like the picture. Tried to send it back but never got an email with an invoice number. Called several times. They never answer.

Worst customer service ever Worst customer service ever. Ordered a bracelet which never came. Only after bugging them repeatedly for weeks did I get a response saying oh sorry it’s sold out. Then like an idiot, I ordered a necklace and paid for expedited shipping in 1-3 days. Did not receive it. They returned the 10 dollar shipping fee but have yet to see the order even leaving the warehouse? What kind of fly by night operation is this?

Additionally, the ordering process was smooth, and the necklace arrived sooner than expected which had me nervous because I ordered late.
