Best customer service ever!!! Artizan Joyeria are an example to be followed for customer service. I bought my wife a bracelet that was too large and they sent me another one within 48h of my email. My wife has bought 3 more times since then.

Worst customer service ever Worst customer service ever. Ordered a bracelet which never came. Only after bugging them repeatedly for weeks did I get a response saying oh sorry it’s sold out. Then like an idiot, I ordered a necklace and paid for expedited shipping in 1-3 days. Did not receive it. They returned the 10 dollar shipping fee but have yet to see the order even leaving the warehouse? What kind of fly by night operation is this?
