In love with all my Artizan pieces❤ I love the pieces so much! They are beautiful and unique. People have stopped me to ask where my necklaces are from. Also, their customer service team was accommodating, they provided me with the information I needed and sent email notifications to confirm the process was going as expected. I definitely will be buying again.

Worst customer service ever Worst customer service ever. Ordered a bracelet which never came. Only after bugging them repeatedly for weeks did I get a response saying oh sorry it’s sold out. Then like an idiot, I ordered a necklace and paid for expedited shipping in 1-3 days. Did not receive it. They returned the 10 dollar shipping fee but have yet to see the order even leaving the warehouse? What kind of fly by night operation is this?

I cannot get enough of their layered sets. I'm a fan of layered necklace sets and stacked bracelets, so naturally, resisting was impossible. They have the most beautiful designs and they make it so easy to choose one that will automatically look good on you. Their pieces are high-quality and resistant, and so far, my experience has been great!
