I ordered a necklace and two bracelets I ordered a necklace and two bracelets. I received them all but one of the bracelets was not saudered closed. I have emailed 3 times since receiving the order without a response. I simply requested an exchange and can’t even get a reply!!! Horrible response! What kind of company provides a customer service email and then doesn’t respond three times? A company that just doesn’t care… one that only wants your money and nothing more!

Absolutely AMAZING!! The shopping experience at Artizan Joyeria is amazing, all their pieces are extremely high quality and stunning. I even use them to go to the beach and they are perfectly fine. I always get a lot compliments when I use my pieces from them! Also, the packaging is stunning!

Worst customer service ever Worst customer service ever. Ordered a bracelet which never came. Only after bugging them repeatedly for weeks did I get a response saying oh sorry it’s sold out. Then like an idiot, I ordered a necklace and paid for expedited shipping in 1-3 days. Did not receive it. They returned the 10 dollar shipping fee but have yet to see the order even leaving the warehouse? What kind of fly by night operation is this?
