Please refund my purchase 0 stars. I sent an email describing the bag. It was delivered in a plastic mailer bag and therefore crushed. Probably on the bottom of tons of things coming from China on a freighter. The bottom piece of cardboard under the cloth is bent and won’t stand open. It should have been filled with paper stuffing fillers like when one purchases a handbag; it also should have been sent in a box instead of a flimsy plastic bag. It smells and has 3 oily stains on the inside. I would like a full refund.

I was grateful for the tracking and… I was grateful for the tracking and constant communication from the seller. The handbags and wallets purchased are gifts so I don't yet know of the quality of the products. I am looking forward to seeing them.
