Pleasant Surprise I’ll be honest, at first I was a little bit skeptical. Seeing the ads all over Instagram and Facebook made me think it was another sub-par brand reaching for consumers. However, I was intrigued by the elegant designs. I placed an order, and was delighted when the cases came in. They were of high quality, and looked as expected. However, at checkout I had made a mistake, and chose the wrong kind of case. I contacted customer service, and they were more than happy to assist me, offering a simple solution with no hassle. Dealing with their customer service was the most painless and pleasant experience I have ever had in terms of customer service representation. I will be sure to recommend Kult cases to more people, and I hope they grow to exceed other big name case brands, like OtterBox and Lifeproof.

Most likely a scam.. I ordered two phone cases December 12.. it’s now April 23 and I still haven’t received my items. I emailed them several times. I got some replies but other than that nothing. It’s really disappointing :( honestly if you want to take the risk go of it, but I’d say it’s not worth it. Order number #13748 I’ll definitely change my response to something more accurate whenever I get my items, that I in fact paid for.

Awesome case! I ordered the Freezing Dawn case for my iPhone, and what can I say, it's perfect! I tried a lot of cases, but none of them protected my device and felt right in my hand the way I wanted. This case - solves all my problems and checks all my requirements for a perfect phonecase. Feels like the worst customer service I have ever had! #14444 give me information about my order! I am changing the review after receiving items UPDATE! The company told they had problems with manufacturer and refunded the order, they sent it for free, except MacBook case because they ran out of it now as I understood. But overall finally when received I can say they phone case is just AMAZING, AirPods Pro case is good also. I will give this company second chance and order MacBook Air case later
