BEA recommended site to order your cases At the beginning when I placed my order, everything went well. After a few days, I noticed that the status of the track-and-trace didn't get updated. I contacted the customer service for checking this. They said something went wrong with the local post office. So they resent the order and then everything went well. I corresponded a few more times with the customer service and from the beginning they always replied very quickly and took the necessary actions right away

AEWill I ever receive my package?( Updated ) My review has changed as I have finally received by package. I have to say the packaging and the cases look very beautiful and they are very sturdy and for that normally I would leave a 5 star review…. But the delivery took a lot longer than the advertised time and only after a long conversation with their support staff( very useful ) I received my cases.

AUEither this company is a scam or grossly incompetent, sadly can't reccomend I ordered on the 11th of February and still haven't received anything now in the second week of May. I've sent a few emails asking what's going on and and first got a 'your product was shipped but without tracking, would you like us to send another straight away?' to which I agreed yes, I would. I then sent a follow up email after another few weeks had passed asking what the status was and if there was any tracking available for the second package. I then received another email telling me they had dispatched my order once again and that was on the 31st of March. Still nothing. I'm going to send another email to them telling them that either I get my package by the end of the month or a refund, otherwise I'm taking this to PayPal. I can't recommend this company, either they're just scamming a percentage of their customers and stringing them along or they can't run their own business effectively. Very sad, because their products are quite beautiful and I was looking forward to using them long term.

CAI ordered on May 15th I ordered on May 15th. 1 case and 1 airpod case… still havent had a shipped out email. I emailed them about it and still no response. Im probably gonna have to contact my credit card company to have them refund me if this company doesnt reply. (1 star) UPDATE: The company finally responded to me and refunded my entire order. They also said that they resent that same order to their new manufacturer with express processing. I will see if i actually receive this order, but at least they refunded me so thats good. It took a little while but im glad they responded, maybe they were receiving a tons of emails because of their manufacturer problems. (3 stars) I will update again if i receive my order

GBWill it ever ship? They won’t let you know until you write a bad review Paid the extra $$ for “express manufacturing” and for tracking. It’s been Plenty of days over the 24-48 hours they claim to ship everything out. Can I get refunded for the “express manufacturing” I just got scammed out of, and can you change your info on your website to “ships maybe in a week idk” these cases better be worth the money I most likely am not getting back. Update: so instead of briefly updating your shipping info on your website over your “trouble with raw materials” you decide to email me 1 week after it was supposed to ship and ask me to edit my review? No y’all didn’t care until I wrote this review. But thanks for my 2 bucks back 👍🏻 I should’ve got that email 2 weeks ago when I placed my order.
