CO2 Stars because the watches are pretty, but nothing else Unfortunately I had very bad experiences with 2 separate watches which I purchased from Jord. My first watch had it's battery die 2 times within the first 15 months of ownership. The first time Jord replaced the battery and the watch continued working for a few more months, but shortly after it stopped working again and I had to replace the battery myself due to it being out of warranty. By that time I had also noticed that the calendar date function stopped working completely, which the local watch shop guys couldn't fix and Jord stuck firm to their warranry policy, despite me having 3 issues with my watch within the first 15 months. My 2nd Jord watch had it's seconds hand fall off without reason after about 13 months of ownership. I barely even used it and one day I noticed the hand was floating around inside the body of the watch. Jord didn't offer me any kind of concession, even though it was my second damaged watch complaint, both happening within months of each other. Jord, in my opinion, is a 3rd rate watch company masquerading itself as more high-end. Sure, the watches are beautiful, and the box/packaging in which the watches arrive are very well done, but overall these are just poorly constructed watches. To top it all off, the customer service is terrible. I had to reach out multiple times to get any kind of response to my inquiry. They in no way at all went above and beyond expectations -- they didn't even meet the most basic expectations one would have from a watch company: that the watches actually last for years before needing any kind of repairs. Before I recommend to everyone that they look at Jord's website. Now I don't even mention their name. I can't see this company still existing in 2-3 years if they keep their current quality control standards in place.

GBCustomer service is terrible. First I love these watches. The last one I bought was for my MIL but the hands did not work properly. Jord customer service is TERRIBLE. Their communication with customers is nonexistent. We have no idea if they received the returned, non functioning watch, if it is being repaired or replaced, and no apology for our troubles. I love these watches but there are just to many watch manufacturers to buy anymore from a company that does not value customers. - Cheri

GBThis is ridiculous site . This is ridiculous site . No reply from customer service no communication at all I paid extra money for the priority mail which was suppose to be delivered 2 days ago it was my husband's birthday.. and it's already 2 days late the item hasn't even shipped yet I emailed several time .. left so many messages about the update on my ordering body has responded me at all . Please be careful about this site I'm still waiting on their response and my order I just want my money back at this point.

GBBought my jord Dover11 from the UK 27th… Bought my jord Dover11 from the UK 27th March 2021.UPS tracked up to Chicago on the !st April, after that no idea where it was until it arrived by Royal Mail tracked 48 on the14th of Apri, l never had a tracking number.No customs duty or anything to pay to pay "great". Packaging excellent,so is the humidifier box.There was no "oiling pen" included as advetised as coming with the box so 1 negative point.As for the watch it's excellent quality, love it, I had one link taken out by local jeweller perfect fit now, cost £5.One thing is that there are no minuets marked on the dial so you will have to guess between numerals, I didn't by this watch for pinpoint accuracy but for the style and bling, it just looks so good a work of art? So if you want perfect time buy somethig else.I have nothing but a positive experience with Jord.
