FIBeautiful product, not without its issues The watch is beautiful and arrived without problems in the size requested. My issue is that fresh off the package it doesn't stay in time. It wasn't implicated while ordering that I'd need a battery change immediately, which I'll have to do on my own dime, if that even is the reason.

GBCustomer service is terrible. First I love these watches. The last one I bought was for my MIL but the hands did not work properly. Jord customer service is TERRIBLE. Their communication with customers is nonexistent. We have no idea if they received the returned, non functioning watch, if it is being repaired or replaced, and no apology for our troubles. I love these watches but there are just to many watch manufacturers to buy anymore from a company that does not value customers. - Cheri

GBWatches are absolutely beautiful! I absolutely love JORD’s watches. They’re so unique and timeless. My husband gets compliments every single time he wears his Dover. I also really like the cork leather JORD offers with their bags and wallets. Their shipping has been quick (with the exception of USPS losing one of my packages from JORD, at no fault to JORD). I really love their watches the best though and will be a JORD consumer for years to come when looking for unique and special gifts.
