Awful shopping experience Awful shopping experience. I ordered a brand new Jord watch from the UK, paying all the expensive duties (tax) and what arrived is unworkable product - the hands of the watch do not move even though I simply tried to reset and done everything right. Bad product.

I have called almost a dozen times… I have called almost a dozen times trying to receive my repaired watch from jord, no answer, left many voicemails, I have emailed you them another dozen times, no response except a tracking number 2 weeks ago, had to call Ballwin post office as it hadn’t moved an inch, they told me the package was never received from jord, it has been over 5 weeks since they first received my watch to repair. At this point I wouldn’t suggest anyone to buy a watch from this jord! Terrible customer service and terribly made watches! I will never buy another jord watch again, and neither should anyone else!!!!

Customer service is terrible. First I love these watches. The last one I bought was for my MIL but the hands did not work properly. Jord customer service is TERRIBLE. Their communication with customers is nonexistent. We have no idea if they received the returned, non functioning watch, if it is being repaired or replaced, and no apology for our troubles. I love these watches but there are just to many watch manufacturers to buy anymore from a company that does not value customers. - Cheri

Jord watches I brought 2 matching watches for me and my partner, I fell in love as soon as I seen them in person. Great craftsmanship and there’s just so much attention and detail in the watches! 😍 one watch came broken but with great customer service they replaced it within a heart beat and was so apologetic. Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for a great looking watch! Get some many compliments 😍💕
