Easy order and quick shipping It was easy to order, shipping was fast and the laces were great, as it was tough to find laces made for my shoes. Wishing they had other color options nearer to the originals is the only thing keeping it from 5 stars but the service was great across the board.

Consistency & Communication Needed This is actually my 2nd time making a purchase with Loop King Laces and the first time was exceptional!! We received our purchase within a few days and the product itself was exactly what I was looking for. This is what prompted me to make another purchase and the second time my shipping took over a month to arrive. I can understand the holidays but there was no correspondence and I actually had to reach out to the company in an email before anything took place with my order. Communication would have made the situation better but the product was once again of great quality. Will be sure to order again but if in a time sensitive situation I may have to make other arrangements.

There was an issue with it being delivered to wrong house but customer service reached out to me an assisted me with getting my laces.

100% scam fake company fake reviews… 100% scam fake company fake reviews still haven't seen from or heard from this so called company. Never received my shoelaces or ever made any contact with the company . I'm calling the authorities it's no reason this site should be allowed to be active scaming our public like this
