Originally purchased a few pairs of… Originally purchased a few pairs of laces months ago. Initially the communication was lacking regarding eta of delivery. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the product as I couldn't find any local options outside the boring replacement lace options at Walmart and others. The look, feel and quality of the flat leather laces were definitely better than stock laces that come with brand name shoes. I'm also appreciative of the follow-up of the staff as well as the ownership. They took my feedback to potentially improve their products and services.

Right on time! Needed some yellow laces and got exactly what I wanted. Perfect style and length. Shipping was fast no problem. Overall experience was very satisfactory!

Easy order and quick shipping It was easy to order, shipping was fast and the laces were great, as it was tough to find laces made for my shoes. Wishing they had other color options nearer to the originals is the only thing keeping it from 5 stars but the service was great across the board.

Nor did I appreciate receiving no notification as to expected date of delivery. When I contacted the company about when the laces will be delivered they did respond right away and said they were back ordered. I appreciated the immediate response but would have expected that the company would have notified me of this prior to me having to contact them. I will most likely not do business with this company again.

I bought replacement laces for my… I bought replacement laces for my walking shoes [Merrells]. The laces are good quality and fit/match the shoes very well. I was taken aback with the price. The website price was ‘premium’ level, but I was happy to pay it to get quality product. However, on completion of order the price more than doubled ! Shipping and VAT added almost £14 sterling, so the order ended up at over £27. £13.50 per lace. I won’t be making that mistake again !
