Extremely disappointed It took 5 1/2 weeks to get my laces.! I ordered 3 laces on 11/17, and didn't get them until just before Xmas. I sent two or three emails to customer service, plus an instagram message and never received a reply. Which was hella disappointing because on my first purchase, I got those laces like 3 or 4 days after purchasing. I don't know if I'll be ordering from them again.

Amazing Customer Service Customer service was great regarding product help. I was struggling on finding the right laces for a birthday gift and the support I received via email was amazing. After purchasing, the product I received was of high quality, just as advertised. Cannot fault the entire process from advice to purchase to delivery.

Easy order and quick shipping It was easy to order, shipping was fast and the laces were great, as it was tough to find laces made for my shoes. Wishing they had other color options nearer to the originals is the only thing keeping it from 5 stars but the service was great across the board.

Gorgeous authentic laces however I… Gorgeous authentic laces however I placed the order 6 months ago and got them after 6 months (as shown by my transaction history,probably longer) . Apart from extensive shipping delay , I respect the fact it was well packaged, beautiful laces , however it will fit the upper part of most Jordan’s or sneakers, as the gold tone can’t go through the smaller shoe holes as there are various lengths and assortments to choose from, however length mattered to me . I might look into their smaller diameter laces . Overall despite this, still a unique market place for laces .
