Extremely disappointed It took 5 1/2 weeks to get my laces.! I ordered 3 laces on 11/17, and didn't get them until just before Xmas. I sent two or three emails to customer service, plus an instagram message and never received a reply. Which was hella disappointing because on my first purchase, I got those laces like 3 or 4 days after purchasing. I don't know if I'll be ordering from them again.

My laces are excellent My laces are excellent. I would recommend other color lace tips other than just gold. Options for Silver and Gunmetal would be great! Hope you can use this recommendation.

Brown Lace Up Boots with Brown Laces The laces are great! I bought them to replace flat laces in my work boots as round laces, to me, are easier to lace up and unlace more quickly. It also looks cleaner, as I straight lace my boots. The dark brown color is an exact match to my boots and the hole tips are a nice classy touch. They are, however. Way too expensive, but I wanted them because they a perfect compliment to my boots.

Originally purchased a few pairs of… Originally purchased a few pairs of laces months ago. Initially the communication was lacking regarding eta of delivery. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the product as I couldn't find any local options outside the boring replacement lace options at Walmart and others. The look, feel and quality of the flat leather laces were definitely better than stock laces that come with brand name shoes. I'm also appreciative of the follow-up of the staff as well as the ownership. They took my feedback to potentially improve their products and services.
